Our Voters’ Choice campaign is off to an exciting start. We’ve had a great response, with over 2,500 total votes cast.
Hugh Jackman was in the lead early on, but a concerted effort by Alexander Skarsgard’s fans pushed him to the top.
Here are the standings as of Friday, May 21, 2010, 6AM EST. Percentages represent each nominee’s share of the total vote:
- Alexander Skarsgard – 40%
- Hugh Jackman – 30%
- Jake Gyllenhaal – 20%
- David Tennant – 6%
- Will Smith – 4%
Keep those votes coming and be sure to sign the petition in favour of your choice too—the petition is the actual letter that will be sent to ask for the celebrity’s support, so it’s important to have as many names as possible on it.
